In 1988, we joined forces and started Conner & Buck Builders. Guided by the enduring principles of quality craftsmanship and personal integrity, we have built our business one house at a time. Through the years, our satisfied clients have become our friends and refer others to Conner & Buck. Our company is happily approaching our 20th year of building distinctive Vermont homes and solid relationships.

Our crew, the majority of whom have been with us for the past fifteen years, includes skilled carpenters, job foremen, project managers, a field supervisor and an office manager. In addition to working on projects, we also gather for coffee, family picnics, company play days and regular roundtable discussions where we share information on construction procedures, materials and safety practices. Our loyal employees get the job done with formidable skill. We appreciate the dependability of our crew, subcontractors and suppliers in providing a consistently good product and professional service.
