Design Build

Conner & Buck believes in the team approach to the design build process. We work together with local architects and perform in-house design. Our role is to support the client and architect by listening and paying close attention to the ideas and concerns presented.

Beginning with the conceptual design phase, we provide preliminary budgeting as a tool to assist the architect and client. This estimating gives valuable information and offers direction toward a final design that aligns the architect's vision with the desired budget.

Once the work has begun, we lead weekly meetings with clients and architects where we discuss the project schedule and design considerations. As project managers, we mind the budget carefully and supervise reliable, skilled craftsmen to complete the project on schedule and within the budget.
